SPRING SOFTBALL PRACTICES HAVE BEGUN!!!!!
We are still accepting applications for our
Belles (13-15 Years) and Debs (16-18 Years)
Divisions. The Belles' season will coincide
with our Debs' Season which will begin games
after the Middle and High School
Seasons end. Please direct any

Calhoun Community College Softball Clinic
Dates: Saturday, March 20, 2010
Location: Decatur Campus Softball Stadium
When: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Ages: 7 years - 13 years
Softball Fundamentals (grades 2nd - 7th)
(Hitting, Fielding, Position play, Baserunning, etc.)
Registration: 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM
Pre-registration: Payment and application must be received by March 16.
Pre-registration Cost: $ 50.00
On day of Event Cost: $ 60.00
Team Rate: $ 500.00 (up to 12 players) $600.00 (up to 15 players)
To qualify for the team rate, all players must be on same team for the upcoming season.
What to Bring: Bat, Batting Gloves, Helmet, Tennis Shoes, Glove, Catching Equipment.
Each camper should bring a sack lunch.
Each player will receive a Calhoun Softball T-shirt.
Drinks will be provided for lunch.
The clinic will be led by the Calhoun Softball Coaches
and members of the Lady Warhawk Softball Team

Dixie Official Statement of
Policy ~
It is the
policy of Dixie Softball
to
promote the development of strong character, a right attitude and a
sense of responsibility and citizenship in youngsters, using the game
of softball as a vehicle. It is the purpose of Dixie Softball to
achieve this goal through fair play, good sportsmanship and congenial
fellowship, with adult leaders providing the example. It is strictly
against the policy of Dixie Softball for any person, either as a
participant or a spectator, to engage in arguments, to use abusive
language, to harass umpires, or to exhibit any behavior not in concert
with the general intention of this policy statement. Team coaches are
required to abide by this policy statement, and all parents and other
adults are strongly encouraged to do so.
