2008 Spring Season


The 2008 season is coming to an end and coming down to the wire
for a few divisions. We have had a lot of positive feedback on
the drafting change and pitcher's pool that we implemented this
year. I believe all of the divisions are within one or two games
of each other and fighting for the season championship.

In case you haven't heard, our City Tournament begins on Monday, June 2^nd
and ends on Saturday, June 7^th.

Any tournament games remaining will be played at 9:00 am Saturday
June 7^th followed by closing ceremonies where we hand out
awards. Every girl from every team will receive an award so be sure
you are there. Following the awards and back by popular demand, we will
have a coaches game where coaches from the Sweetees, Ponytails and Belles
divisions will play against coaches from the Darlings and Angels divisions.
This should be a blast and I know the girls love to watch us wear ourselves out.

Also, at closing ceremonies, there will be a dunking booth where you get an
opportunity to dunk your favorite (or least favorite) coach or umpire.
We still need coaches and umpires to step up for this exciting event so
